FLOTECH FX-SERIES ROTARY UNIONS General Purpose:

These compact and versatile Rotary Unions can be used for water, intermittent steam or hot oil. The stainless steel housing consist of a mechanical seal having seal face combination of Tungston.

Carbide vis Carbon Graphite and a rotor shaft guided by two precision ball bearing that keeps the seal faces in perfect alignment. The seal faces are micro-lapped to an optical flatness of less than 2 light bands to ensure leak proof operation.

All sizes are available in Mono flow as well as Dual flow (With stationary or rotating internal pipe).

FLOTECH SIPHON ELBOW
There are two types of siphon systems namely Stationary Siphon and Rotating Siphon.
A Stationary siphon elbow is designed primarily for dryers without manholes and a maximum operating speed of 160 fpm. The elbow is designed with a uniform internal diameter, so that there is no flow restriction. They are available in Gun Metal construction and in various sizes from I/4 " upto I ".
There are various types of Rotating Siphons depending on the speed of the dryer. Please write to us for selection of the same.

The flexible hoses are available in various sizes and materials of construction like stainless steel, rubber and teflon to suit various applications.
